Concert for the preservation of the Balkan rivers, at which Partibrejkers and Darko Rundek & Ekipa performed, organized by Center for Environment, was held on Friday in the crowded Borik hall in Banja Luka in a fantastic atmosphere.
With this great concert, artists supported activists fighting for the rivers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“These exceptional artists have provided us with active support in the preservation of rivers and the environment, and we are extremely grateful to them for that. In the great atmosphere, Banjaluka showed its support, we showed that we are there and if we are together, we raise our voices and fight, we are convinced that the results will not fail!”, pointed out Jelena Ivanić from Center for Environment.
It is important to note that this concert is more than a concert – it is the voice of all of us who want to protect our environment, to preserve our wild rivers for future generations and to stop the enrichment of individuals using our common good. That is why we are grateful to the musicians who spread their voice and continue to spread it.
“Freedom to the Rivers” concert was organized as part of the regional campaign Save the Blue Heart of Europe, launched by the European organizations EuroNatur and Riverwatch, in cooperation with local partners in the Balkans, coordinated in BiH by the Center for the Environment.
