Description	Objective: The current application is the plan for Year 1 of 3 (see Annex), i.e. the first step of a long-term plan towards creating an independent national cycling structure, which will include other groups and organizations working on cycling. The long term plan consist information that are complementary to the LP Full Application and closely describe main goal, steps that will be taken as well as estimated results that will be achieved in 2nd and 3rd year. First year is mainly described as starting year where main goal will be to develop prerequisite for development of long term structure (network or similar formal body) that will work permanently on cycling advocacy and development of national cycling network within our organization. Considering that in Bosnia and Herzegovina we have few cycling organisations that works on cycling advocacy and promotion, and that we have more organizations and groups that deals mainly with environmental issues, in 1st year we will work on capacity building of our organisation and all interested groups and NGOs. Trough building our capacities on one side and enhancing basic knowledge of other groups and organisations we will develop human resources and technical prerequisites for establishing nationwide network that will work on cycling advocacy and development. Strengthening capacities of our organization will be crucial for coordinating all future activities for network development. Our organization will share our capacities in order to involve new people in this field of work.
