As part of the STORY project, members of the Center for Environment took part in a study visit organised by our partner Crna Kuća 13 in Novi Sad, from 18th to 20th of November.

During the three days, participants from partner organisations got to know the space, collectives, and activities of the CK13 Youth Center.

Participants had the opportunity to volunteer in their solidarity kitchen, visit the CK13 Infotheque, and take part in a reading club.

The visit also included an educational–activist excursion to Fruška Gora led by Dragana Arsić, an activist from the “Defend the Forests of Fruška Gora” movement, as well as a visit to the Radulovački Ecological Center in Sremski Karlovci, where they learned about their methods of ecological education and advocacy.

After that, participants attended a creative writing workshop and a session on “Land Art”, concluding the visit with a workshop at the CK13 Community Radio.

The project “THE STORY OF THE 1.5°C LIMIT” is co-funded by the EU. The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacities of young people and organizations from the Western Balkans to better understand and advocate for solutions to the ecological crisis through civic education and art, especially literature. The project is implemented by Zelena akcija, in partnership with Zero Waste Montenegro, Crna Kuća 13, and the Center for Environment.

Besides projects defined by programmes, Center for environment is actively working on other topics in the field of environment and on networking with other organizations at the regional and international level. In the section "Other Projects" we are presenting projects which are not related to the specific program.
