Support to distributed leadership to achieve BFFP Europe goals

Objectives and activities:

1. Incineration work: Continue the work of monitoring the requests from private investors for incinerations (on a national level). Comment and react in the case of plans for incinerations (comment the request for the ecological approval, media work, work with local community, work with experts etc.)
2.  Awareness raising activities: mark Plastic Free July with different social activities (movie screenings, bazar aka swift party etc.), but also organize different practical and educational activities throughout the grant period (workshop for building wooden composters with local community, cooperation with local companies to reduce their plastic consumption etc.)
3. Advocating for legislative change regarding single use plastic: analyze the laws regulating single use plastic, define the most important stakeholders and create a proposal for alternation of the law.
