Activists from the Center for Environment were given an assignment during the recent youth exchange in Selce, organized by our partner organization Green Action – to independently organize a side event that highlights the problems of our consumerist habits and promotes sustainable values.
For that reason, we invite you to join us on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025, at the Academy of Arts in Banja Luka for a “Trampa Party“. The name “Trampa Party” is a wordplay on the Serbian verb trampiti, meaning “to barter” or “to exchange goods,” reflecting the core idea of the gathering: to encourage participants to swap second-hand clothing and items instead of buying new ones.
Similar to our previous bazaars, participants can bring up to 10 items of clothing, books, tools, records, or similar, and display them in the Academy’s premises.
It’s important to emphasize that all items must be clean and in usable condition!
We’ll also have the chance to watch a short film on this topic!
Also – no money involved!
So, see you on Tuesday at 6:00 PM at the Academy!
These activities are part of the project “THE STORY OF THE 1.5°C LIMIT – Solutions and storytelling of youth from the Western Balkans”, supported by the European Commission.
