Description	Improve transparency and dialogue between the governmental and non-governmental sectors, especially with regard to the implementation of the Sofia Declaration and the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans and the ratification of the PRTR Protocol. Strengthen the participation of citizens in environmental policy and decision-making processes at the local level by strengthening the appropriate implementation of the Aarhus Convention, by strengthening of local civil society organizations in their fight against corruption in the environmental protection and energy sectors and by educating citizens for adequate participation in environmental decision-making - drafting processes. Initiate the creation of a legal framework that will adequately protect citizens and environmental activists from abuse and marginalization to which they are exposed by advocating for positive environmental changes in BiH, and educating citizens to fight against SLAPP lawsuits. Promote and raise citizens' awareness. on all important aspects of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans and the upcoming socio-economic transition, supporting the green transition and socio-economic development.

Description
